"Transparency"
The objective of transparency is to open government at all levels to encourage effective public oversight. This includes counties, cities, school districts, special districts and state agencies. To request additional Moss Landing Harbor District public record information, please complete and submit in writing a "Request for Copy of Public Record" form.

MLHD is unable to post other enterprise systems because they are associated with security and Protected Critical Infrastructure related to the Districts personnel and tenant privacy.
